Virginia Lopez Peyron, 85, of Tucson, Arizona, 4th generation Tucsonan passed away on December 18th, 2023. Virginia was predeceased by her parents, Pedro Verdugo Lopez and Josephine Huerta Lopez, and her husband of 58 years, Pierre Brown Peyron. She is survived by her four children, Ruthanne, Pierre (Josie), Rene (Jeanette) and Vanessa, five grandchildren, Angela (Lino) Lopez, Valerie (Michael) Vargas, Katrina, Stephanie and Jacqueline, her four great grandchildren, Maliyah, Lino, Hailey and Brandon.  Sisters, Margaret Echeverria, Josie Zuniga and Mercy Herrera.   She was a dedicated photo finisher at Jones Photo for 15 years and TA of Bilingual and Exceptional Ed at TUSD for 20 years.  Nana loved taking photos, traveling, Elvis and anything blue.

Mass will be held Saturday, December 30th at 10:00 am. Most Holy Trinity Parish (1300 N. Greasewood Rd. Tucson, AZ 85745), Burial at Arizona Veteran's Memorial Cemetery Marana, (15950 N. Luckett Road Marana AZ) Tuesday, January 30th at 11:00 am. The family asks that in honor of Virginia to wear your favorite shade of blue.   A special Thank you to the staff at Bristol Hospice especially Lizette Calvo.
