Trinidad (Trini) Garcia, 84 died peacefully surrounded by her family on August 15, 2025.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe Yslas Garcia and Maria Rodriguez Garcia; sisters, Cruz (Arnold) Robles and Mary (Frank) Siquerios; brother, Joe (Annie) Garcia, and daughter in law, Laura Carrillo.

Survived by sons, Ramon (Cecilia) Carrillo; Robert (Yvette) Carrillo; Richard (Eva) Carrillo and Ralph (Monica) Carrillo; brother, Frank (Cora, deceased) Garcia. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.

A Tucson native, Trini graduated from Pueblo High School. She worked briefly as a teacher's aid at Santa Cruz Catholic School and retired after a 25 year career in the special education department at Amphitheater School District. Throughout her lifetime, she was known for her warmth, kindness and generosity that cultivated long, lasting friendships. Trini was a devout catholic who loved God, and she spent many years in service to her parish, Santa Cruz Catholic Church.

The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Arizona Kidney Disease & Hypertension Center's Tangerine Office for the kindness and care shown over the last three years; to Brookdale Santa Catalina for their skill and caring; and finally to the caring angels at Casa de la Luz Hospice at The Hacienda for their compassion, emotional and spiritual support during our mom's final stages of life.
