IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Tony U.
Romero
March 6, 1932 – November 13, 2022
Antonio U. Romero "Tony"
03/06/1932 - 11/13/2022
Antonio U. Romero "Tony" was called home to rest by our Heavenly Father. He is preceded in death by his parents Margarita and Manuel Romero. Brother Manuel Romero, Sister Mary Ramirez, Sister Ernestina Soto, Sister Dolores Corrales, and his sons, Tony & Marco De La Ossa. He is survived by his wife Bertha Romero. His daughters MaryAnn (Pedro) Soto, Isabel (George) Romero and his sons Alex & Tony Romero. Along with nieces, nephews, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
Tony was born in Tombstone, Arizona in 1932 and raised in Patagonia, Arizona where he worked on a ranch near by. He later moved to Silverbell where he worked for 32years as a welder at ASARCO mines. He then worked in landscaping until he retired at 62 years old. He was a very hard-working man; a loving person with a big heart, very independent, was always so happy, funny, outgoing, a jokester and very proud of all of us. He continued to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle. He was still driving his car around just over 1 month ago.
Your smile was contagious. You enriched our lives, Tony. Rest in Peace and Love knowing you gave us all memories worth remembering.
