Tony was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and Friend. He was born on August 29, 1942. He passed away in his hometown, Tucson Arizona with his devoted and loving family by his side on March 14, 2016 at the age of 73.

Son, James Hodgin and daughters, Sonia Hodgin, Carmen Navarro, Lisa Thueson, and Angelica Cota
Sons-in-law, Raul Navarro, and Robert Thueson
Grandchildren, Tyler Thompson, Raul Antonio Navarro, Gabrielle Hodgin, Francisco Thueson, Mia Navarro, James Hodgin, Tatiana Thueson, Ezekiel Navarro, and Elisa Thueson.
Tony was second youngest of 5 children of Antonio Cota and Maria Teresa Sierra. He graduated from Tucson High 1961. Tony was a benevolent, loving, loyal and giving person who always made sure that his loved ones were taken care of. He was a true friend and a role model to many. He retired as a supervisor from the Tucson City water department after working for 36 years. Prior to working for Tucson City water department, he served for the US postal department, and served in the US Air Force.
Tony Cota will always be in our hearts and may God keep him in his grace. Grandchildren's quote: "Best Grandpa in the world." Dad we all love you, miss you and thank you for everything you have done for us.
