With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Teresa Martinez Franco, the beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who left us on December 12, 2024, at the age of 88 years. After 52 years of marriage to her husband, Frank, she leaves behind a legacy of
devotion, love, and selflessness that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew her.

For 34 years, Teresa was employed at Hughes, earning the respect and admiration of all who worked alongside her. Her unwavering work ethic and passion for serving others was inspiring. Known for her infectious energy, Teresa lived life to the fullest. Whether dancing at
family parties, shouting her signature "grito," or sharing laughter with loved ones, she brought joy and fun wherever she went. She enjoyed nothing more than cooking for her family—preparing hearty meals and baking her famous birthday cakes, which matched her big heart. The best memories were created around the table.

Teresa cherished every moment with her children and grandchildren, cracking jokes and cheering loudly for them anywhere she could. Her nurturing spirit and unwavering love were a constant source of support and strength for her family and friends. She had the ability to make everyone feel special, even through her hardships. Her son, Memo, passed away years ago, and she painfully carried his memory every day, keeping his spirit alive in her heart.

As we say "Until we meet again" to this incredible woman, we take comfort in the knowledge that her legacy of love, laughter, and service will continue to guide us. She taught us all the importance of family, the power of hard work, and the joy of passionately living life. Teresa is survived by her loving husband, Francisco X. Franco, children, Josephine "Fina" Carrillo, (Manuel), Minerva Gomez, Marisela Nunez, Frank "Beatle" Franco (Michael), Christina Ramirez (Larry), Brenda Dabdoub, 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and one great, great granddaughter, her sibling, and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who loved her dearly. She was predeceased by her
son, William 'Memo" Jimenez, her parents, Jesus and Teresa Martinez, and her brothers and sisters, who she is now reunited with.

Teresa's life will be celebrated on December 28, 2024 at Carrillo's Tucson Mortuary. The family requests any donations in her memory be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Rest in peace, Teresa - Our treasured MOM & NANA, You are the heart and soul of our
