Steve was our beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin, nephew, friend, and love of Melody's life. He will be greatly missed and leaves a wound and empty void in the lives of those who love him, but we count on that love and Jesus to fill our emptiness. We look to the time when we will all be reunited and know Steve will be waiting to serenade us with the music that brought him so much joy.

Steve is survived by his mother, Mary Helen Balderrama; his love, Melody Detwiller; sister, Irene Balderrama-Martinez (Victor Mendoza); brothers, Martin Balderrama and Frank Balderrama; his daughter, Erica Paz (Johnny); sons, Steven Balderrama (Lindsay), Daniel Balderrama (Brittany) and Robert Balderrama. Steve was the proud grandfather of Miles, Alayna, Henry, Daniel, Everly, Jonathan, Ava, and his bonus granddaughter, Nikola.
