Beloved wife and mother Socorro Ayon Tellez passed away peacefully on April 22nd, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her husband Francisco Romero Tellez, and eldest son Cesar Joaquin Tellez.

Socorro is survived by her daughter Susanna Ayon Hernandez, son Francisco Alberto Tellez, and younger sister Amparo Torres, as well as 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Parents Ignacia and Jose Allen.

Socorro was the second youngest in a large family of 7 sisters and 3 brothers and lived through the Great Depression, Dust Bowl Days, WWII, the Civil Rights Era, and 2020. Socorro, a homemaker, enjoyed camping, hiking and walking, reading, cooking, and gardening even into her later years.
