Sandra “Sandy” Garcia Federico-Rabago 71, born February 28th, 1955 in Tucson Az.

Our beloved Mother/Grandmother was called to be with the Lord July 4th, 2026.

Sandra was a proud and devoted Daughter, Sister, Wife, Grandmother, Nina, and Friend. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Hortensia G. and Filiberto R. Federico; Husband, Ralph L. Rabago; Sister, Rachel G. Federico and Brother, Ruben G. Federico.

She is survived by her loving Daughter, Melody M. Piña (Patrick Jr); loving Son, Rafael Rosco Federico-Rabago; Daughter, Lisa M. Loza (Andrew); Grandaughter, Savanna Piña and Grandson, Patrick Piña III; Brother, Raymond Federico (Sue) and many Godchildren, Nieces and Nephews.

Sandra had many talents, among them were creating floral arrangements, wreaths and her unforgettable bows for any and all occasions. She loved cooking and baking on holidays for family and friends. She loved to travel and create memories. She was the biggest cheerleader for her kids and grandkids. She always had her gear ready, from Baseball Mom, Cheer Mom, Cheer Nana, Football Nana and Wrestling Nana.

Sandra devoted her life to caring for others. She faced every adversity life threw at her with immense faith, courage and grace. We love her and she will be deeply missed. Her legacy will live on through every heart she touched.
