Obituary

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and loving uncle, Pedro M. Andrade.  He departed this world on January 13th 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication, and craftsmanship that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew him.

Born on June 6th 1944, Pedro was a master upholsterer by trade, a profession to which he dedicated much of his life.  His skilled hands and keen eye for detail transformed countless pieces of furniture, cars, and luxury airplanes making them more beautiful with his special touch.  His work was not just a job; it was art, a testament to his craftsmanship and commitment to excellence.

For an incredible 56 years, Pedro shared a life of love and companionship with his devoted wife, Norma Y. Andrade.  Together, they weathered the storms and celebrated the joys of life side by side, creating a bond that served as a beacon of inspiration to all who knew them.  Their enduring love was a testament to the strength of commitment and the power of a partnership built on trust, respect, and unwavering support.

As a father, Pedro was the anchor of his family, a source of guidance, and a wellspring of unconditional love.  His devotion to his five children and their spouses was evident in every sacrifice made, every lesson imparted, and every tender moment shared.  He took pride in witnessing their accomplishments, providing a steady hand during challenges, and offering a listening ear whenever needed.  The warmth of Pedro's heart extended out to embrace the lives of his 12 grandchildren.  His playful humor, wise counsel, and endless love left an indelible mark on each grandchild, creating memories and with his echoing voice saying "I love you this much" as he extended his arms out for an embrace.

Described by those who knew him as a hard worker, kind soul, loving presence, giving spirit, loyal companion, and selfless individual, Pedro touched the lives of many.  His generosity knew no bounds, and his compassion for others left an enduring impact.

Though Pedro may no longer be physically present, his spirit will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to call him family and friend.  In this time of mourning, let us remember and celebrate a life well-lived, a legacy of love that will forever be a guiding light for all who were touched by his grace.

May Pedro M. Andrade rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love he so generously gave during his time on Earth.
