Norma S. Almada passed away peacefully on May 5, 2025 at the age of 77.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernie Almada; parents, Nina Avenenti and Frank Avenenti.

Norma is survived by her children, Ernie G. Almada (Kristina) and Suzanne Llamas; grandchildren, Mario Llamas, Adrian Llamas (Theresa) and Mia Almada; great-grandchildren, Kai Almada and Gianni Boneo. As well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Norma was a graduate of Tucson High School and the University of Arizona. Norma taught at Richey Elementary School for 31 years where she met life long friends and touched many lives. She loved her southwest decor, chile peppers and arts and crafts.

Norma had a tough road, beating cancer twice amongst other health issues. Throughout it all she taught us the value of strength, resilience, and unwavering love.

Although she will be greatly missed, it brings us great comfort knowing she is reunited with the love of her life and she at peace.
