Manuel "Manny" Antonio Quintero, 74, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on January 31, 2026, at 5:08 P.M., surrounded by multiple generations of family who loved and adored him.

Manuel was born on August 4, 1951, to Manuel and Elvira Quintero. He grew up alongside his older sister, Carmen. From a young age, Manuel enjoyed sports and music spending much of his time on the field when he was not helping his father at the Quintero Shoe Shop.

Manuel worked for many years as a welder and also spent time working in the mines in both Arizona and Nevada. He concluded his working career at Water Waste Management.

A devoted Catholic, Manuel found strength in God and in his church. He was known for his gentle kindness and his strong, quiet demeanor. He freely offered wisdom and guidance to anyone who sought it and never turned away someone in need, even if it meant going without himself.

Manuel was married to Delorse Loveall for many years. He was a loving father to Ronald, Shaun, and Regina, and a proud and devoted grandfather to seven grandchildren: Johnny, Madison, Gage, Aiden, Esai, Ruby, and Teresa.
