Manuel Castillo, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, tio, cousin, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2025 at the age of 86.

He was a skilled carpenter known for his strong hands and even stronger heart. In his leisure time he loved puzzles. Manuel spent his life creating more than just furniture—he built a legacy of love, laughter, and devotion. A gifted craftsman, he poured his time, love and care into creating furniture and for his wife, children and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel Sr. Benina Castillo; brother, Pete Castillo and his beloved wife, Frances Castillo. Survived by his brothers and sisters, Marcella Ortiz (Mike), Esther Suarez (Vince) and Max Castillo (Mary Ann); his daughter, Monica and his son, Manuel; grandchildren, Marielena, Christian, and Celeste. As well as many nieces and  nephews.

Though he is no longer with us, his spirit lives on in the pieces he created, the family he loved, and the countless memories we hold dear.
