Obituary

Leo was taken from us too soon on January 4, 2015. Preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso stepmother, Eliza Jacobs mother, Anna Z. Jacobs and brother, Alfonso "Jake" Jacobs. Survived by Gloria Burruel Jacobs loving wife of 24 years. He was blessed with children, Leo, Joanna and David (Luz) Jacobs six grandchildren, Leo Jacobs Jr., Priscilla Ward (Anthony), Vincent (Suzy) Jacobs, Desiree Spratt (Ruben), Victoria and Ernesto Morales six great-grandchildren, Julian, Luke, Darrell, Aryelle, Eymayia and Drea. Also survived by brother, Daniel (Charlotte) sisters, Hermelinda, Leticia, Isola (Shaggy) and Maria (Guera) and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends. Leo graduated from Tucson High School in 1961. He worked for San Manuel Mine, State Department Pima County, Supervisor for Mr. Janitor Cleaning Services. He served with the Army National Guard and the Naval Reserve Seebees. He was a member of the Marine Corps League and the American Legion Sahuaro Post 68 and volunteered his services at the Veterans Hospital. Thank you for the happy memories in our life. Hon, you are the love of my life. You will always be in our hearts. We love you! May you rest in peace.
