IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jose Vega
Natividad
July 10, 1955 – August 21, 2025
Jose V. "Joe" Natividad
July 10, 1955 – August 21, 2025
Jose V. Natividad, lovingly known as Joe, passed away on August 21, 2025, after a sudden battle with lung cancer. He was a devoted father to Adrienne, Joseph, Matthew, and Melinda, and a proud grandfather to six grandchildren—with one more on the way.
Born in Tucson, Arizona to Hortensia and Ramon Natividad Jr., Joe grew up especially close to his brothers and sisters. After high school, he proudly served in the U.S. Navy as a Radioman Seaman aboard USS Schenectady.
Joe's love for cooking took root while working as head chef at the Silver Saddle, where he also met his former wife, Evelyn Nunez. He later retired from a long career in food service management with Sodexo. Whether it was a holiday or birthday, Joe was happiest when he was behind the grill, bringing everyone together with his food and his heart.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Dora. He is survived by his brother Richard and sisters Anna, Gloria, Terry, Patricia, and Norma, all of whom will deeply miss his presence, laughter, and love.
Joe's children take comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain and reunited with loved ones. His lessons, humor, and unwavering love will live on in the memories they cherish forever.
