Henry Jimmy Romero, 89, passed away peacefully December 12, 2023. Jimmy is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria and son, Jimmy 'Chino.'  He is survived by his daughter, Rebecca Ruiz; son, Alex; sisters, Armida Varela and Carmen Estrada (Joe); grandchildren, Felipe Ruiz, Alex Romero, Jenna Miranda (Louie); 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Jimmy was a native Tucsonan.  He retired from Waste Management several years ago and lived a simple life.  His favorite pastimes were playing his guitar, singing, and listening to Trio's. He was kind to everyone he met.  He would wave to people as they drove by when he sat on his porch. Some of those frequent commuters made an effort to meet him and would bring him a Christmas gift or card. Jimmy was loved by many.

We will miss your serenatas but know you are now singing songs of angelic praise to the Lord "Diosito".
