Jenny R. Brichta
November 22, 1928-May 20, 2020
Born in Ajo, Arizona to Luz Soto Corella and Charles Ren. Moved to Tucson at the age of 13. She attended an all-girls catholic high school and secretarial college. Her first job was at Beaudry's car dealership and she had a special meeting with Clark Gable.
She met her sweetheart, Albert Brichta on a blind date shortly after his return from WWII. They married after he returned from the Korean War. She was amazed that, "Of all the girls in the world, he picked her."
She raised 5 daughters and lost one son. Jenny loved God. She always prayed for her family and faithfully remembered everyone's birthday. She never did get to see her Minnesota Vikings win a Super Bowl, but kept on cheering. That was the strength of her heart. She prayed her rosary, cheering for you till the end.
She is now dancing with Our Lord Jesus, and those who have gone before her- husband, Albert; son, Albert III; her parents; brothers, Eddie and Charles Ren, and her great-granddaughter, Nevaeh.
She is survived by daughters, Jenny ( Phil) Elkins, Rosanna Brichta ( Bob), Sylvia ( Tad) Saunders, Carol Brichta, Lydia ( Frank ) Gonzalez; g randchildren, Caleb ( Shannon) Sarah, Frankie ( Erika), Lauren, Philip III ( Czarina); g reat-grandchildren, Emma Gonzalez and Amelia Elkins.
