Irma was born to Jesus and Paz Rodriguez on October 11, 1956 in Silver City, New Mexico. She passed away peacefully on February 18, 2023. Irma was loved and well known by many for her 31 years of dedicated service to the Pima County Sheriff's Department.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Ramon, Joe and Don Rodriguez, and her brother-in-law, Larry Carbajal. She is survived by her loving and handsome husband of 47 years, Manuel Urbina Sr., her striking and favorite son, Manny Boy Urbina, her amazing and favorite daughter and son-in-law, Belinda and Erik Morales, her extremely good-looking grandchildren, Brennan (Alejandra) Morales, Easton Fox Morales and Charlie Sophia Morales. Irma is also survived by her brother, Jesus (Gloria) Rodriguez, sisters, Tilly (Sammy) Martinez, Barbara Carbajal, and her sisters-in-law, Margaret and Elma Rodriguez.
