IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Hilda A
Pesqueira
July 13, 1951 – April 10, 2022
Hilda A. Pesqueira , 70, passed away April 10, 2022. She was born July 13, 1951, in Los Angeles, CA and grew up in Tucson, AZ.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Artemisa and Carlos Miguel Aldecoa; brothers Johnny & Mike Aldecoa and sister, Rosa Diarte.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Fernando V. Pesqueira; children, Fernando Pesqueira Jr (Andrea), Sandra Hacker (Charles), Clarissa Pesqueira-Lemus (Kenny), and Mario Pesqueira (Mona) as well as eleven grandchildren, Cristian Javier, Gabriel Rene, Ashley Kay, Mario Gabriel Jr., Mireya Isabel, Ryan Nathaniel, Diego Andres, Alessandra Gisele, Liam Matthew, Mario Elián and Santiago Fernando.
Fernando & Hilda were high school sweethearts, together for 54 years. He always said that she was worth her weight in gold and more. She was the absolute love of his life. They loved to go dancing, watch sports and spend as much time with family as possible, even with those who moved out of town. Hilda was also a big fan of Arizona Basketball and the Arizona Diamondbacks, but nothing compared to the love she had for her family, especially her grandchildren. As a mother, she was generous, loving, patient, supportive, and kind. She truly was the best mother and nana any child could ask for. We will miss her forever.
The Broken Chain
We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name,
In life we loved you dearly; in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone,
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
