58, of Tucson, AZ sadly passed away on August 27th, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Billy was born to Abelardo Moreno and Tavita S. Moreno on September 22, 1965.

His family will remember him as a caring man with a big personality and he kept that personality until the very end. One of the most cherished aspects of Billy was his incredible sense of humor. Whether it was through a perfectly timed joke, a clever comment, or his infectious laugh, he had a rare gift for making everyone around him smile. His ability to find joy and laughter in the everyday moments was a testament to his free spirit and made him a beacon of light in our lives. His humor was not just a trait but a way he connected with those he loved. His playful teasing was always delivered in a way that would brighten your day even for just a second. His jokes and stories will be deeply missed, but they have left an indelible mark on our hearts and lives. Billy was more than just a source of laughter; he was the heart of our family and will continue to be unconditionally loved.

Guillermo "Billy" Moreno is survived by his loving children, Ashley Moreno and Aaron Moreno; his adored grandchildren, Nayeli and Emilio Moreno; his mother, Tavita S. Moreno; siblings, Abelardo (Lizeth), Michael (Tammy), Robert (Jackie), Michelle (George), Jolanda (Jerry) and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Guillermo is preceded in death by his father, Abelardo G. Moreno; eldest son, Guillermo "Billy" Moreno Jr. and sisters, Rebecca M. Gutierrez, Diane S. Brister, and Rosalind Moreno.
