We mourn the loss of our beloved mother, Gregoria (Goya) M. Ortiz on August 9, 2022, she was born in Snyder, Texas on May 25, 1937.

Gregoria was preceded in death by her husband Rudy R. Ortiz, parents Carmen and Felipe Muniz, three sisters and three brothers, great grandson Fernando T. Ortiz, III.

She is survived by her children Susie (Fernando), Rudy Jr. (Linda), Carlos (Charlie), grandchildren, Diana (Jenny), Fernando Jr. (Lisa), Jose (Maritza), Mercedes (Adam), Christopher (Barbara) and 8 great grandchildren, sister Patsy Martinez, Brother Matilde Muniz.

Mom was a source of love, kindness and compassion towards her family and friends.  She has gifted us with many tender memories to last a lifetime.  Musica con acordeon, arts and crafts, trips to Laughlin, NV and the local casinos are a few examples that brought her much happiness.
