Obituary

Frank (Tarzan)  Soto, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, peacefully completed his journey of life on December 15, 2024, at the age of 79. In his final days, he was surrounded by the love of his family, with loved ones visiting to share stories and laughter, and to celebrate a life well-lived.

Frank is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, Erlinda "Linda" Soto; his daughter Rosa (James); his grandchildren Jeanette (Alex), Jennifer (Erick), Christopher (Lupe), and 11 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brothers Mike, Henry, and Juan; and his sisters Angie Jessup, Norma Ramirez, and Margie. Frank was preceded in death by his son Frankie Soto and his parents, Carmen and Miguel Soto.

A proud graduate of Pueblo High School, Frank worked tirelessly throughout his career in construction. He was known for his strong work ethic and his love of being outdoors, even under the hottest sun. Frank was passionate about hunting, softball, camping, and sports of all kinds—activities he enjoyed with lifelong friends and his beloved family. One of his favorite pastimes was spending time at the greyhound track, where he enjoyed placing winning bets and sharing those small victories with friends.

More than just a family man, Frank was a pillar of strength and wisdom. He was a friend to many, always ready to offer a helping hand, a word of encouragement, or a story that would make you smile. His generous spirit, warm smile, and love for those around him left an indelible mark on all who knew him. Whether teaching life lessons or simply being present for his loved ones, Frank's presence was a gift.

The Soto family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all the family and friends, Banner doctors, nurses, and CNAs who supported Frank with such care and compassion during his final days.

May Frank's memory bring comfort to all who had the privilege of knowing him, and may the love and light he brought into this world continue to inspire us.

Rest in peace, Frank( Tarzan). You will be forever loved and missed.
