In Loving Memory of Fernando Badilla

May 1943 - January 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Fernando, who left us peacefully at the age of 81. He was a cherished Husband, Dad, Tata , Great-Tata, Brother, Nino, and a Loved One to many more.

Throughout his life, he showed an unwavering dedication to his family and a deep love for horses and turning raw materials into something strong and beautiful. He will be remembered for his humor, ingenuity, and the unconditional love he shared with everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife Sylvia, dedicated children Annie (Barbara), Fernando Jr. (Cristina), Christina, David (Phillip), and the best Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Olivia Badilla.

A service will be held for family and loved ones on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025.

The schedule is as listed below:

Visitation at Carrillo Mortuary 8am-10am.

Followed by the Rosary from 1030am-11am and Mass from 11am-12pm at Our Lady of Fatima Parish.

Burial will take place at Holy Hope beginning at 1230pm.

Fernando will forever be remembered for his warmth, the best hugs, and the lasting impact he had on those who loved him. He will be deeply missed, but his love will live on in the memories of all who knew him.
