Elvia L Moreno 83, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully at her home in Tucson, Arizona on November 11, 2025. She was born in Torreón, Coahuila Mexico.  She was proceeded in death by her mother and father Victoriano Huerta and Esperanza Mendez Ramirez along with son, Antonio Moreno and grandson Manuel Cedre. She is survived by her husband Antonio Moreno, children -Ana, David, Rosy, Alma, Jose, Glen and Osvaldo and 19 grandchildren.

She was a very loving mother and will be profoundly missed. Rest in Peace.
