Obituary
Elsie C. Galas, 87, a longtime resident of Tucson passed away Thursday March 9, 2023 surrounded by family.
Elsie was born February 17, 1936 in Tucson, Arizona to Cecilio and Cruz Camacho. She is survived by her daughter Elsa Galas of Tucson, AZ; 2 sons, Robert Galas (Irma) of El Paso, TX, Marco Galas (Robin) of Las Vegas, NV; Grandson Amory R. Arriaga (Chasity) of Tucson, AZ; 2 great grandsons.
Elsie was preceded in death by her husband Roberto V. Galas and 2 sisters Mary Villa and Antonia Bustamante.
Visitation will be Friday morning, March 24, 2023 at 10:00 am at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Roman Catholic Church where a prayer vigil will begin at 10:30 am. Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11:00 am. Concluding services and interment will follow at Holy Hope Cemetery.
