Elsa Soto Gradillas passed away unexpectedly on December 20, 2024 in Tucson, AZ at the age of 52.

Elsa is survived by her three beautiful children, Alexis, Alyssa and Freddy Jr. Gradillas; her beloved parents, Lauro and Lidia Soto; her sisters, Norma Martinez, Aurora Martinez (Ricardo), Gloria Hunt, Imelda Ramirez and brother, Eduardo "Lalo" Soto. She is preceded in death by her sister, Lydia "Lilly" Soto and brothers-in-law, Ezequiel Martinez (Norma) and Daryl Hunt (Gloria).

Elsa was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews and an amazing godmother. Elsa was a devoted and loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin, comadre, godmother and a true friend to many. Elsa was a beautiful person, the life of the party, whose smile would light up the room, whose laugh was contagious, and whose heart was full of kindness and love. To know Elsa, was to love Elsa. She touched the lives of everyone she encountered and will be missed beyond what words can express. While we are heartbroken that we must say goodbye for now, we are not saying goodbye forever; we know she is now our guardian angel who is still smiling and watching over us and will always be present in our hearts.
