Obituary

Daniel (Danny) Holguin Barragan, 65, died on Tuesday January 3, 2023 at his home where he was surrounded by his family.
Danny was born April 14, 1957 in Silver City, New Mexico to Jose and Manuela Barragan.
Danny married his beautiful wife Patricia in August of 1977. The two were each other's lifelong companions and soul mates. They were blessed with six children, Jennifer, Veronica, Erik, Daniel Jr., Nicole and Crystal.
Danny worked for the Amphi schools for over 21 years and was known by his colleagues for his tireless energy.
Danny was an honorable man who always strived to do the best for his family. He was a very hard worker, a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He had a great passion for computers, phones and income taxes that he could talk to you for hours about.
He is survived by his wife Patricia, his brothers and sisters, his six children and his many grandchildren.
Danny especially will be remembered for his beautiful love for his family including his dog Bella whom he loved with all his heart, his love for food, music and dancing, his laugh, his conversations and his heart of gold. No words can describe how much he was loved and he will always be missed.
