Charles Franklin DeVoy, passed away on 1/23/2024 in Tucson, AZ. He was 91 years young.

Charles was born Fon du Lac, WI to Marcella Ann DeVoy and Justin H. DeVoy in Nov 22 1932. He Married Joann, Romona Jean, Joyce Elane.

He is preceded in death by Marcella Ann DeVoy, Justin H. DeVoy, Donald Mathieu Devoy (brother), and survived by sons Richard, Jeffery, and Daniel.

He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars and Served in the United States Air Force and retired CMSGT.

Charles was a kind generous man with an endearing charm. He always had a work ethic like no other and often worked multiple jobs even while serving in the Air Force. He was self-employed for the remainder of his working life, and when not on the road selling automotive parts and supplies you could find him remodeling properties for rental. He enjoyed a good steak and drink after a hard days work, and enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers.

Charles had many friends that helped him in his later years and they considered each other family.
