Charles David Barnes, a beloved husband, father, and brother, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2024, at the age of 83. Born on September 29th, 1940, Chuck brought joy and light into the lives of all who knew him. His infectious laughter and warm smile were a constant source of comfort and happiness to his family and friends.

Chuck was born in Nyssa Oregon and moved up from building dams to being the VP of LIUNA union, but his real legacy he leaves behind is the love and laughter that will be carried on by his devoted wife, Olivia, his loving daughter Lauretta, his son chris, his adoring grandchildren: Jesse, Ramon, Brandon, Lionel & Sarah and a host of relatives and friends.

Though his physical presence may be gone, his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. He cherished every moment spent with his beloved wife, children, and grandchildren, creating cherished memories that will be treasured forever. Whether telling a plethora of jokes and stories around the dinner table or embarking on trips with friends, Chuck's love knew no bounds. A celebration of Chuck's life will be held on April 26th, at Carrillo's Tucson mortuary. Chuck Barnes will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace, knowing that his legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will continue to shine brightly in the lives of those he touched.
