Camila Renee Cruz, 18, passed away July 20, 2024, after an unfortunate and tragic injury to the brain. True to her fighting spirit, she fought until the very end. She is already tremendously missed by surviving members of the family including her mother, Brenda Norzagaray, her brothers, Omar and Henai Cruz, her sisters, Andreina and Rita Cruz, both sets of grandparents, Egor Cruz, Guadalupe Villalobos, Patricia Norzagaray, Juan (Gaudy) Norzagaray, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, niece, and her beloved puppies Koda and Azul. Camila was greeted in heaven by her great-grandmothers Josefina Norzagaray and Mary Sanchez along with other relatives who predeceased her.

Camila loved her family, cherished her siblings, and fought hard through random general seizures for 4 years. Camila also loved music, singing, going on adventures like spontaneous drives at night with music blasting, and spending time with her nephews Alejandro and Mateo, and niece Alessiee. She was an incredibly great sister, could always put a smile on your face, give you words of encouragement, and she was a very hard worker. Camila was known as a giving person and even in death, her giving continues through her donation of organs. Camila will continue to live on through this generous and selfless donation and in her families' hearts and memories forever.
