BELEN M. CISNEROS, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday morning, March 7, 2023.  She was 99 years old and would have celebrated her 100 ^th birthday on July 19, 2023. Belen was born in Naco, Sonora, Mexico but has lived in Arizona for over 69 years.  She lived a long and happy life.

Belen is preceded in death by her first husband, Jesus (Shorty) M. Castro; her second husband, Enrique M. Cisneros; her parents (Abelardo and Agripina Martinez); three brothers (Luis Martinez, Armando Martinez, and Abelardo Martinez); and five grandchildren (Benjamin Ellis, Abelardo Castro, Javier Castro, Bridget Bojorquez, and Elisa Romero).

Belen is survived by her children Rose Marie (Benny) Ellis, Arturo Castro, Susan Bojorquez, Belen (Alfred) Romero, Ernie Castro, and Javier Castro; one sister (Martha Ahumada), and three brothers (Arnulfo (Maria Alicia) Martinez, Ernesto Martinez, and Manuel (Rosa Delia) Martinez.  She was blessed with 20 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren and leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and caring friends.
