Betty is survived by her husband of 75 years, Roberto Emilio "Bobby" Carrillo, her children Toni (Nick), Rick, and Roberta, 10 grandchildren, Alison, Julia, Jaclyn, Amanda, James, Eric, Alexis, Ricky, Olivia and Grace. Several Great and Great grandchildren, all who adored her.
