IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Armando C.
Audelo
November 15, 1946 – November 7, 2022
Armando C. Audelo was born here in Tucson, Arizona November 15th, 1946 and on November 7th, 2022 was called home to rest by our Heavenly Father. Armando grew up in Tucson and joined the US Air Force at the young age of 17 where he remained for 20 years until he retired with honors in February 1984. During time after the service he earned an Associate Degree. He went on to manage several local McDonald's franchises where his hard work and leadership shined. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and taking down family members playing poker.
He is preceded in death by his parents Maria Theresa Audelo and Armando Audelo. Brother Gilbert Audelo, nephew David James Valenzuela and beloved childhood dog Tarzan. He is survived by his son's Armando and Michael. Sister Patricia Ann "Dollie" Valenzuela (Mario), nephews Michael J Valenzuela (Angela), Christopher J Valenzuela (Michelle) and William J Valenzuela (Michelle) along with grand nieces, a great grand niece and a grand nephew.
Armando was intelligent, very humble and had a knack for punctuality. A real conversationalist, passionate of his views but also would listen to other's perspectives. Sharp, sincere and funny. He would apologize if he felt he offended you. He was always up on current events and changed his lifestyle years back to a healthy way of living. Always with a clean hair cut and close shave. Never a man who wanted to be a bother to his family. Armando was a pleasure to be around.
Armando had many fond childhood memories growing up in Tucson, especially around "A" Mountain. It was great to hear about his life experiences in the Air Force and traveling all over the world. His face would always light up when talking about the good food in Germany, several Mexican restaurants locally and enjoying homemade food from his family.
There are far too many talks and conversations we wish we could have shared. Many meals we all talked about looked forward to having. Tough poker hands we still had to play. Day trips we thought about taking. We wish you were given more time here with us. Your smile was contagious. You enriched our lives Armando. Rest in Peace and Love knowing you gave us all memories worth remembering.
