IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Alice B
Basurto
September 18, 1936 – March 27, 2025
Our beloved mother Alice Bedoy Basurto, 88 passed away the morning of March 27, 2025.
Born in 1936 in Tucson, Arizona she was the daughter of the late Ramon and Rita Bedoy. She married John Fernando Basurto and together raised their four children, Gilbert, Fernando, Sylvia and Norma and later raising their three grandchildren, Marcos, Annette and Monica as their own.
She dedicated her life to her family and home. She cherished the role of loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was also a loving daughter, sister, cousin, aunt and friend.
Alice was a homemaker who created a warm welcoming environment for her children, grandchildren and all who entered her home offering her guidance, wisdom, and unwavering love.
She remained strong after her husband's passing and longed to see him again. We find comfort in knowing that they are reunited once again.
She is preceded in death by the love of her life her husband John Fernando Basurto, her parents Ramon and Rita Bedoy, her ten siblings and grandson Fernando Jose Basurto Jr.
She leaves behind her four children, Gilbert Basurto, Fernando (Laura) Basurto, Sylvia (Frank) Martinez and Norma (Tudy) Marquez. The grandchildren she and her husband raised Marcos (Angela), Annette ( Sergio) and Monica.
