With deep sadness, we announce the passing of our son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, Alex Goolsby, who passed away on April 4th, 2023.

Alex was born on January 3rd, 1992, to Deanne Arellano and Anderson Goolsby. He was the eldest of five siblings, Anthony, Adrianna, David, and Ryan, who loved him dearly. He also leaves behind his grandmother, Joanne Cournoyer, a lifelong father figure, David Underwood, Aunts and Uncles and many cousins who all loved him.

In his youth, Alex was highly active in sports and loved to play football. He was known as a jokester and loved to make people laugh. He made long lasting friendships easily and truly cared for all those around him no matter how long it had been between talking. He was a kind soul who never wished harm to anyone. Alex will be missed by many and will never be forgotten.

Please join us in honoring Alex's life. Services will be held April 28, 2023 at 12pm at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 1950 Irvington Pl, Tucson, AZ 85746 . Directly following the services, a Celebration of Life gathering will be held at Manzanita Park, 5200 S. Westover Ave. Tucson, AZ 85746 .
