Ramon Lopez, our hero was called on by the Lord on June 30, 2015. Ramon was born in Tucson, Arizona, on January 20, 1929 to Alfonso and Teresa Lopez. He was a member of the United States Army and Air Force where he served our country for seven years. He retired after 20 years from Westinghouse as a electric motor repair man. Ramon is survived by the love of his life of 65 years, Josephine children, Diana (Mike) Morales, Adriana (John) Commissaris, Teresa Carley, Larry (Valerie) Lopez grandchildren, Miguel, Gabriel, Gina, Ramon "Chacho", Bryan, Nichole, Monique, Luis, Laura, and Alex; and 15 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Ramon is predeceased by his loving sister, Nellie Silva and,a very special man in his life, Cousin Larry Ojeda. On behalf of the Lopez family, we would like to give special thanks to all the staff members from The State Veterans Home and Harmony Hospice Care, who cared for Ramon- loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather with such love and tenderness.
