Joseph F. Meza (66) passed away peacefully Saturday, September 2, 2018.

Preceded in death by his parents, Joe D. Meza and Alicia B. Meza; Uncle, Leo Carrillo.

He was a loving son, brother, nino and uncle. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. He attended Santa Cruz Catholic School, and graduated from Tucson High School. Joseph furthered his education and graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. With his accounting degree he became a Accountant for the Pima County Superior Court. Joseph was very meticulous with his work. He loved what he did. He retired from the Pima County Superior Court after 40 years.

Joseph had a passion for country music like his mom and dad. He also enjoyed country western dancing. Joseph also devoted his time helping out at St. Cyril's Food bank program and was very active in the parish.

Joseph is survived by his brother, Anthony Meza; Sisters, Teresa (David) Rivera and Hope (Frank Heredia) Pina; Aunts, Emma Carrillo and Bertha Sanchez; Nephews are Christopher Rivera, Nicholas (Blanch) Rivera, Patrick (Melody) Pina Jr., Albert Pina (Karina Patino); God daughter, Vanessa Pina (Samuel Valenzuela Sr.); Great nieces, Victoria, Savanna and Adrianna; Great nephews,  Dominic, Andrew Alexander, Patrick III, Sammy Jr.

You will be greatly missed by all of your family and friends. We love you dearly. May you Rest In Peace Brother/Tio/Nino.
