Jasmine Marie Moore passed away on Wednesday December 18th, 2019 at her home in Tucson, AZ surrounded by her loved ones, following an 8 year battle with Juvenile Huntington's Disease.  Throughout her battle she never let the disease defeat or define her.

Jasmine was born on March 29th, 1999 to her parents Ernestine Ann Nogales and Christopher Thomas Moore Sr.  Jasmine was a bright young lady, with a smile that would light up the whole room, she was always happy and spread her love and happiness to everyone, she touched so many lives.  She is survived by her mother Ernestine Nogales (Elvis Moreno), brother Christopher Thomas Moore Jr., sisters Niah Nogales and Brooklyn Moreno, grandparents Pete and Dolores Nogales, great grandmother Mary C. Nogales,  aunts Evelynn Garcia, Beth (Jordan) Cullop, Katrina (Miguel) Moore, uncles Damian Nogales, Pete (Alex) Nogales-Lopez, many cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles, extended family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her father Christopher Thomas Moore Sr., grandmother Laura Moore, great grandfather Frank Nogales Sr. and her great-grandparents Ernest and Ramona Torres who have met her at the gates of heaven with open arms.  A special thank you to all the Agape Staff especially the nursing staff.  She will be missed by so many.
