Christopher Ruiz, our beloved, charismatic, and selfless Son, Brother, Grandson, Uncle, Nephew, Cousin, and Friend, is finally free from pain and sorrow and now living eternally in paradise with God, Our Father. Your kind-hearted spirit and endless zest for bringing happiness, joy and laughter to all those who adored, appreciated and loved you so dearly will never be forgotten. Your beautiful smile, comedy, quick-wittedness, loyalty to The Dallas Cowboys, and profound love for reading, movies, sports, history, and poetry will be sorely missed beyond words. Your family, friends and dog "Gurdy" meant the absolute world to you. Your longstanding employment with the American Red Cross was your second home. You were an amazing human being who put others' needs before yours and you always found a way to stay positive and upbeat even when it felt like the world around you was falling apart. We have comfort in knowing we will see you again in the next life...in a seat next to God wearing a Tony Romo jersey looking down on America's Team playing in the Super Bowl from Heaven above. We love you Chris more than you know.

Chris, 34, passed away on January 24, 2020. He was born September 21, 1985 in Tucson, Arizona. Chris is survived by his parents, Daniel Jr. and Ana Ruiz; brother, Daniel Ruiz III; sister, Destiny Ruiz; niece, Adrian; nephew, Angelo; dog, Gertrude; grandparents, and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
