Born to Matiana Chavira Alvarado and Jose Pedro Montante. Josefina is survived by her children, Adela, Matiana, Andres, Jose Mauro and Jaime. 19 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. For 30 years Josefina made her daily trek to La Suprema Tortilla Factory in her spotless white uniform, taking pride in all her work. Tirelessly and without complaint, Josefina was a devoted and selfless woman, loving her family with noble radiance and calming, steadfast loyalty. She was mother to many and her humble life was exemplified by unwavering patience, generosity and compassion.
